Welcome to Susie's Breastfeeding Cafe at Little Falls Library

Susie’s Breastfeeding Cafe Support groups are a project sponsored by local Non-profit organization Mohawk Valley Breastfeeding Network (MVBN). Local Cafe meetings are hosted in local libraries and medical facilities in partnership with local organizations. Mohawk Valley Lactation is a proud sponsor and leader of Susie’s Breastfeeding Cafe at Dunham Library.

This initiative was started two decades ago by the late Susie Niedzielski, president of MVBN, IBCLC and WIC breastfeeding coordinator who devoted her life to helping local families reach their feeding goals.

Today we are continuing her legacy by providing free support and space where parents can come together, socialize and receive expert breastfeeding support. All pregnant and new parents are encouraged to attend.

Those early days of motherhood can feel both magical and overwhelming. Sometimes all we need is a warm smile, a hot cup of coffee, and someone who truly understands what we’re going through.

Join us for Susie’s Breastfeeding Cafe at Little Falls Public Library. Fill your cup (literally and figuratively) as we gather for breakfast treats and soul-nourishing conversations. Whether you’re just starting your infant feeding journey or navigating new challenges, you’ll find understanding ears and caring hearts here. All are welcome regardless of how you feed your babies.

• Delicious breakfast treats

• Casual, judgment-free environment

• Support from Britt Watkins, CLC and Doula of Mohawk Valley and Kaileigh Marosek, CLC and Doula of Lionheart Lactation and Doula.

• Baby weigh station

• Connections with other moms who get it.

Pregnant moms, new moms, experienced moms – ALL are welcome! Come as you are, baby in tow, in your comfy clothes. Let’s build our village together. 💕
