MVP Insurance Coverage and Financial Responsibility

Anna Mroczek (Ania) RN, IBCLC is not an network provider for MVP insurance. I can however provide a covered at home lactation services to MVP members when deamed necessery by MVP’s Corporate Lactation Services.
MVP has it’s own virtual and phone lactation services.
The program offers coaching and support by phone from
lactation consultants trained to help you.
If virtul lactation consultantion are not meeting your needs, your MVP Lactation Consultant can aprove and request a home visit with a local IBCLC such as me.
If you would like MVP to cover my lactation servives, I encourage you to contact Corporate Lactation Program and scheduale a consultation with them and request an in person visit with me if in person help is needed. You can make that request by contacting Chris Hutchins at 888-818-5653 ext 113
You can always book a self pay visit that will not be covered by your insurance. I accept FSA cards and have limited discounted visits available as needed. Please text me to inquire. 315 497-7080
